Your casino account says “approved”, but your wallet is still empty. That can happen because approval, sending and receipt are separate steps. This guide follows the withdrawal from the request screen to the receiving wallet, including what to check if it gets stuck.
Check what is available to withdraw
Read the operator’s current withdrawal policy. Check your available cash balance, outstanding verification requests, withdrawal limits, fees and bonus restrictions. Requirements vary; this guide does not promise a payout time or replace your account terms. Canadian readers should check local authorization separately in our province overview.
For operator-specific examples, our Cloudbet review covers confirmation and deposit playthrough, while the 7Bit Casino review examines withdrawal conditions and conflicting official disclosures. Check the current terms for your account.
1. Match the asset and network
Open the receiving screen in your wallet or service. Select the exact asset and network offered by the casino. A coin name alone is not enough: a token may exist on several networks. Our wallet and network checklist covers this matching step. Check any required memo or destination tag and the receiving service’s minimum credit amount.
Confirm that the receiving service permits transfers from gambling operators. If its terms prohibit them, do not use it or hide the source of funds. Never choose a network solely because its displayed fee is lowest.
2. Review the destination
Copy the address from the receiving screen and compare the entire pasted address with the original. Review the asset, network, amount, fees and required tag. A valid-looking address does not establish network compatibility. If anything is unclear, ask official support before proceeding.
A small test withdrawal can reduce address-entry risk when permitted, but minimums and fees still apply. Receiving a payment does not require sharing your recovery phrase, private key or password. Never give those secrets to support or a website.
3. Keep the request details
Save the withdrawal reference, amount, asset, network, destination and displayed processing estimate. Submit verification documents only through the operator’s official process. If a bonus is active, check which balance is withdrawable and what withdrawing does to the bonus. The bonus-terms guide explains the conditions to look for. Do not assume the whole displayed balance is available.
4. Track approval and confirmation separately
A pending request may still be under account review and have no blockchain transaction ID. Once the operator reports sending it, request the transaction ID and network. Check them using a reputable explorer for that network.
The blockchain record and the receiving service’s account credit are separate stages. A receiving service may wait for confirmations or conduct its own review. Bitcoin confirmation times vary with network conditions and transaction fees; arrival is not guaranteed within a fixed time.
What to do if a withdrawal is delayed
No transaction ID: ask the operator whether approval, verification or release is outstanding. Request the reason and expected next update in writing.
Sent but unconfirmed: check the correct network explorer and ask the sender about a prolonged delay. Do not send another payment based on an unsolicited support message.
Confirmed but not credited: compare the destination, asset, network, amount and tag with your receiving instructions. Contact the receiving service through its official support channel and provide the transaction ID.
Wrong destination or network: stop further transfers and contact the relevant service. Recovery is not guaranteed. Avoid strangers promising guaranteed recovery for an upfront fee.
Frequently asked questions
Does instant withdrawal mean instant arrival?
Ask which stage the claim covers. Operator approval, sending and receipt are different events. Account checks and network conditions affect the total time.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
The operator can explain cancellation before sending. Bitcoin has no central payment-reversal mechanism after transfer. Contact official support promptly if the details are wrong.
Will I receive the amount shown in my balance?
Check whether fees are deducted or the displayed currency balance is converted into crypto. Review the quoted coin amount and conversion terms before confirming.
